Low testosterone (TRT)

Testosterone testing, specialist consultations and ongoing TRT care in one pathway.

Offer a complete testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) pathway: baseline blood tests, a consultation with a men's health specialist, treatment where clinically appropriate, and regular monitoring blood tests, all tracked in one patient record.

How it works

How the TRT pathway works

  1. 1

    Testosterone blood test

The patient books a baseline hormone test, taken in your pharmacy or clinic, or on a home visit.

  2. 2

    Results

Samples are analysed by an accredited laboratory and results appear in the Results Portal.

  3. 3

    Specialist consultation

A men's health doctor reviews the results and symptoms and discusses whether TRT is right for the patient.

  4. 4

    Treatment plan

Where treatment is appropriate, it is prescribed and dispensed through a partner pharmacy, on a monthly plan.

  5. 5

    Monitoring

Monitoring blood tests every 8 to 12 weeks at first, then every 3 to 6 months once stable.

For partners

Long-term patients, not one-off sales

TRT patients need regular blood tests and reviews, which means regular visits.

Specialist-led

Consultations are carried out by doctors experienced in men's health and TRT.

Blood tests included

Baseline and monitoring tests run through the Blood Testing Platform.

Monthly plans

Treatment, monitoring tests and reviews on one monthly plan.

Every result tracked

Patients and doctors see testosterone and safety markers over time.

A TRT service for pharmacies and clinics

Low testosterone can cause tiredness, low mood, reduced libido and loss of muscle. A properly monitored TRT service needs blood tests before and during treatment, as well as specialist consultations. The platform brings these together so your pharmacy or clinic can offer it safely.

Monitoring done properly

Safe TRT depends on regular checks of testosterone, red blood cells and other markers. Monitoring tests are scheduled automatically, results are reviewed by the doctor, and the patient sees their history in the Results Portal.
